Event Organizer Responsibility

• Your safety—and the safety of others—is our top priority. All players will sign the APC waiver, provide with the email or they can sign up on the day of the event.
• By attending the event, all participants and guests are expected to follow club staff direction, posted signage, and standard Ace Pickleball Club safety policies and Code of Conduct at all times.

Conduct

• Good sportsmanship is expected—respect teammates, opponents, and staff at all times.
• Children
  • Must be kept off court playing surfaces unless registered participants.
  • Under the age of 10, who are not playing, are to be accompanied by a Guardian (over the age of 18) at all times.
• While members or participants are playing, their minors cannot play and run around outside the court.
• No throwing paddles, loud banging paddles together, aggressive behavior, or abusive language.
• Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.
• Harassment or unsafe behavior will result in a warning to the event organizer, after which APC may require the event to leave the Club without refund.

Court & Facility Safety

• Play is only permitted on designated pickleball courts.
  • No running or active play is allowed in common areas, walkways, or seating spaces.
  • Only players are allowed on the court and proper court shoes are required.
  • Use only approved pickleball equipment.
  • Do not cross courts during active play.
  • Be aware of your surroundings, including other players, stray balls, and differences in skill level and physical ability.
