The deadline for registration into this WOMEN'S DOUBLES National Championship event is midnight on Friday, December 21, 2024.  

All team members are required to register for the event individually (Player A needs to complete a registration form and PLayer B also needs to complete a registration form). Please coordinate with your teammate to be sure that all players have completed the registration process prior to the deadline.

If all team members have not registered by this date/time, your qualifying spot in the National Championship will be forfeited.

Specific starting times for each Division will be communicated after the registration process is complete and final playing schedules have been defined.

REPLACING A PARTNER:

Qualified players must be members of APC from the time that they participated in the qualifying Championship Series event until the date of the National Championship.  Failure to maintain membership will disqualify a player from participating in the National Championship.
 

If your partner is no longer qualified to play (either no longer a member at APC, has not been a consistent member at APC, or is otherwise unable to participate in the event), you are able to select a replacement player. Replacement players must meet the following criteria:

1. They must be a current APC member and remain a member through the National Championship dates
2. They must have played in an APC Championship Series event during 2024
   • Their participation must have been in the same event that you are qualified in (Men’s, Women’s, Mixed or Team)
   • Their participation must have been at the same skill level or below as the skill level you qualified for with your previous partner
   • Their participation must have been at the same age level or higher as the age level you qualified for with your previous partner

All match scores from the National Championships will be recorded in DUPR.  For players without a DUPR account, a DUPR account will be created for you to claim following your participation in this event.

Cancellation Policy:

• Players that register for the National Championship and then withdraw after December 31, 2024 will forfeit their ability to participate in Ace Pickleball Championship Series events for the 2025 season.
