Note: Players will be notified by email based on order of registration if a spot opens up in their selected Gender/Age/Skill division.

Waitlist Process

  • If the spots for your Skill Level/Age group have already been filled, you will have the option of placing your team on the Waitlist.  The Waitlist will be managed by contacting teams as needed based on cancellations/withdrawals in chronological order based on registration date/time.

Have a Partner?

  • You are prepared to move through this Waitlist registration process if you already have a defined partner and know what Skill Level/Age Group you intend to register for.
  • Only one member of the 2-person defined team needs to go through this process and sign-up for the waitlist
  • If you DO NOT have a defined partner and would like assistance finding a partner, please review the "Find a Partner" tab above for more details.

Schedule of Events:

  • Saturday - March 22
    • Men's Under 50 divisions - Intermediate through Open levels
    • Women's 50+ divisions - Intermediate through Open levels
  • Sunday - March 23
    • Men's 50+ divisions - Intermediate through Open levels
    • Women's Under 50 divisions - Intermediate through Open levels
    • All Beginner divisions - no age group classifications

To access specific Starting Times for each Skill Level/Age Group division click on the "Tournament Schedule" tab above.

Players 50 and older are only allowed to play in one event within the tournament.  If you are 50 or older you are not able to play in a Under 50 event AND a 50+ event.  You will need to choose 1 age level to play in and only register for one event.  Players that register in two events will be withdrawn from both events that they are registered for.

Choosing a Skill Level:

  • Players can register for the Skill Level that they feel is most appropriate for them
  • All members with a DUPR score of 5.0 or higher are required to play in the OPEN Division.
  • Tournament Directors will review all team registrations and reserve the right to move teams up/down Skill Levels based on objective data (DUPR/UTRP/USAP ratings, prior external tournament experience, prior APC Championship Series experience) and their knowledge of individual player abilities to ensure fair and competitive play.  Teams that are adjusted will be notified during or immediately following the event registration period.

Cancellation Policy/Penalty

  • Teams that cancel or withdraw from the event after registration closes will not be eligible to participate in future APC Championship Series events in 2025.

Need a Partner?

If you don't have a partner but would like to find one to play with in this upcoming tournament, we would like to help you.  Simply stop by the Check In desk the next time you are at the club and fill out a "Find a Partner" form.  We will enter your name and contact information into a Google Sheet that can be accessed by other members looking for a partner.  Members can use the contact information to get in touch with other members directly to find a partner in their gender/skill/age division.

While we want to support members trying to find partners, APC does not directly assign two people as partners.  Members need to be in touch with each other directly to determine if they would like to commit to partner together for the tournament.

For more information about the finding a partner, talk to a staff member at check-in.
