This is the waitlist page for the upcoming APC Team Event Tournament on April 26th and 27th.

Note: Players will be notified by email based on order of registration if a spot opens up in their selected Gender/Age/Skill division. 

The waitlist is for teams that have 4 defined players confirmed to play on their team and their team is playing below the Open (5.0+) level 

NOTE:  All players registering for the Open (5.0+) Skill Level should click here to access the registration page for that event.

Waitlist Process

• If the spots for your Skill Level/Age group have already been filled, you will have the option of placing your team on the Waitlist.  The Waitlist will be managed by contacting teams as needed based on cancellations/withdrawals in chronological order based on registration date/time.

Have a full team?

• You are prepared to move through this waitlist registration process if you already have a 4 person team and know what Skill Level your team intends to register for.
• Only one person from your 4 person team should complete registration for the waitlist. Please make sure the partners you include in the registration process are confirmed and able to participate in this event
• If you DO NOT have a defined four person team and would like assistance finding teammates, please review the "Find a Partner" tab above for more details.

Schedule of Events:

• Saturday - April 26th
  • All Men's divisions - Beginner (2.5) through Advanced Plus (4.5) levels
• Sunday - April 27th
  • All Women's divisions - Beginner (2.5) through Advanced Plus (4.5) levels
  • Open Division (Men and women play with and against each other in this Division.  4-person teams are developed through a draft process regardless of gender.)

Players are only allowed to play in one event within the tournament. Players that register in two events will be withdrawn from both events that they are registered for.

Choosing a Skill Level:

• Players can register for the Skill Level that they feel is most appropriate for them
• All members with a DUPR rating of 5.0 or higher are required to play in the OPEN Division.
• Tournament Directors will review all team registrations and reserve the right to move teams up/down Skill Levels based on objective data (DUPR/UTRP/USAP ratings, prior external tournament experience, prior APC Championship Series experience) and their knowledge of individual player abilities to ensure fair and competitive play.  Teams that are adjusted will be notified during or immediately following the event registration period.

Cancellation Policy/Penalty

• Teams that cancel or withdraw from the event less than 5 days prior to the event will not be eligible to participate in future APC Championship Series events in 2025.

Need a Partner?

If you don't have a team but would like to find other players to play with in this upcoming tournament, we would like to help you.  Simply stop by the Check In desk the next time you are at the club and fill out a "Find a Partner" form.  We will enter your name and contact information into a Google Sheet that can be accessed by other members looking for teammates.  Members can use the contact information to get in touch with other members directly to find partners in their gender/skill level division.
