Take your game to the next level at The Den Soccer Performance Lab, a comprehensive training program designed specifically for athletes entering Grades 9–12.

This unique program combines elite sports performance training with soccer-specific technical instruction to help athletes become stronger, faster, more explosive, and more confident on the field. Each training day includes one hour of performance development followed by one hour of soccer skills training, providing athletes with a complete approach to improving their game.

Whether you're preparing for your high school season, club soccer, or striving to compete at the collegiate level, Soccer Performance Lab is designed to help you perform at your best.

Soccer Skills Training

Meet Your Coaches

 

Coach Abe

Coach Abe brings more than 10 years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience, including positions at Eastern Michigan University, Notre Dame, the University of Tennessee, and Northwestern University.

His expertise focuses on developing athletes through science-based training that improves strength, speed, resilience, and long-term athletic performance.

 

Dani Wolfe

Dani Wolfe is a former Division I and professional soccer player dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential.

She helped the University of Michigan win a Big Ten Championship while earning her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education before continuing her career at the University of Oklahoma, where she served as team captain while completing her master's degree in Education Administration.

Dani is passionate about helping players build confidence, sharpen their technical skills, and develop into complete athletes both on and off the field.
