BOOM was developed by leading fitness experts to improve strength, flexibility and endurance in convenient 30-minute workouts. These classes will challenge you, but don't worry: One-handed push-ups aren't required.

SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support

Silver Shake and Twist: cardio Dance class for our active older adults. Workout to radio hits (pop, club, hip hop) music uses easy-to-follow moves combining fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat and having fun

SilverSneakers Yoga, offers a chair so you can perform a variety of seated and standing poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. You'll also practice breathing and relaxation exercises to reduce stress.
