Yoga Basics, series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Ideal for the beginner Yogis, but designed for all Yoga levels.
Fall Session 1 Classes begin Tuesday, September 8th, 2020.
All classes must be RSVP. through Sports Carnival. You will be required to pay your class balance at the Front Desk, prior to first class session. Please bring receipt to class for instructor to validate payment. Sports Carnival registration is open thru Tuesday, September 15th, 2020. Anyone who wants to sign up for classes after September 15th, must do so at the Front Desk, or by contacting the Healthy Living Director, Roj Waller. Registration for classes are first come first serve. Any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment, will be cancelled for the session.
