Yoga, series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Ideal for the beginner Yogis, but designed for all Yoga levels.

Fall Session 2 begins Monday, November 2nd, 2020.


Classes for Fall session 2 are either 6 or 7 weeks depending on the days that the class is scheduled to run.

Prices for 6 weeks session is $24 for members and $48 for nonmembers.

7 week session is $28 for members and $56  for nonmembers. 


You may register at the Front Desk or fill out Class Request Form. Class participants must pay for classes at the Front Desk, prior to first class session. Registration for classes are first come first serve. Any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment, will be cancelled for the session.
