Prices for all 6 week classes are $24 for members and $48  for nonmembers. 

Prices for 7 week classes are $28 for members and $56 for nonmembers.

 

You may register at the Front Desk or fill out Class Request Form. Class participants must pay for classes at the Front Desk, prior to first class session. Registration for classes are first come first serve. Any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment, will be cancelled for the session.

This class is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which incorporates short intervals of workouts proceeded by levels: cardio and core emphasis with some strength training, burning up to 800 calories per class and boosting metabolism.

Indoor Cycling This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging exercises and drills.

Interval Training: This class combines cardio and muscle toning all in one high/low workout. Strength & Balance: Non-aerobic, low impact class that will improve muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.

Tone And Transform - integrates aerobic exercise (for heart fitness), resistance training (for strength and stability) as well as stretching and mobility work. A FULL body strength and toning class. Using all types of equipment, this class targets all the major muscle groups! Strengthen and tone your abdominals, lower and upper body.
