Important - GOOD NEWS!!

Championship Series tournament participation will not count as an official visit at the club related to membership check-ins.  Players registered for the tournament will scan into the club as normal, but will not be charged for a check-in for each day they're registered for!

This tournament is a qualifier for your local Club Championship to be held in the Spring of 2027.

Schedule of Events:

• Saturday - November 7th - Women's Under 50 and Men's 50+ Team Event
• Sunday - November 8th - Women's 50+, Men's Under 50 and 5.0+ Team Event (Any Gender)

DUPR Score Reporting:

• All match results from this event will be submitted to DUPR.
• All player must have a DUPR account prior to registering for the event.

Choosing a Skill Level:

• Skill level eligibility will be enforced using a player’s DUPR rating once that DUPR rating is considered reliable enough for competitive placement.  Reliability is a factor of the players DUPR reliability and the Club Management's judgement of the most appropriate skill level for that player.
• Players can register for the following skill levels:
  • 2.5 - Beginner (recommended that DUPR is not higher than 2.99 at time of registration)

  • 4.5 - Advanced Plus (recommended that DUPR is not higher than 4.99 at time of registration)
  • 5.0+ - Open (DUPR of 5.0 or higher at time of registration)
• DUPR ratings will be used to place players into Skill Levels
• Tournament Directors will review all team registrations and reserve the right to move teams up/down Skill Levels based on objective data (DUPR/UTRP/USAP ratings, prior external tournament experience, prior APC Championship Series experience) and their knowledge of individual player abilities to ensure fair and competitive play.  Teams that are adjusted will be notified during or immediately following the event registration period.
• Teams will play at the Skill Level of the highest skilled player on the team
  • For example, teams with a 3.5 player and a 3.0 player will be required to play at the 3.5 level.
