The Mid-America Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Council brings together law enforcement, mental health professionals, and community partners to improve how we respond to people experiencing a mental health crisis.

Instead of treating these situations as criminal incidents, CIT focuses on de-escalation, understanding, and connecting individuals to the help they need.

Every day, first responders are called to high-stress situations involving mental health. With the right training, those moments can shift from escalation to safety—and even save lives.

Your participation in this tournament helps:
