What happens if a player overstays their reservation?
Sports Carnival can be configured to send automatic warning texts before session end, charge the player's card on file for overage time, or both. Doors remain unlocked during the grace period you configure (typically 5 to 10 minutes), then lock automatically.
Can I lock the facility down to members-only after hours?
Yes. Sports Carnival lets you set time-based access rules. Common configurations include staffed hours open to all, evening hours open to members only, and overnight hours fully restricted to specific membership tiers.
