Is there a setup fee?
No. White-glove onboarding is included on every plan. We build your schedule, products and waivers with you on a call.
Can I just sign up online?
Every plan starts with a 30 minute setup call so your venue is live and correct from day one. Book it here and pick the plan you want. No card needed to book.
How do processing fees work?
Card processing is 3.1% + $0.30 per transaction through Stripe or Square.
Do confirmations and reminders cost extra?
Never. Booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and waiver texts are free on every plan.
What if I go over my allowance?
$20 per 10,000 emails, $100 per 5,000 texts, $0.25 per AI phone minute. Same rates on every plan.
Is support included?
Yes. Unlimited support and unlimited admin seats on every plan. We never charge per user.
What does Marquee's ad tracking show?
Which channels and campaigns booked customers, what each one brought in, and where ad money is going with nothing to show for it. Growth and Pro get a payback summary.
More than one location?
Each location pays the same price. 50+ locations? Ask about Franchise Suite.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. We prorate the difference.
