Operators
What venue operators say
Sports Carnival has been an incredible upgrade for 9Yards Golf. It brings booking, memberships, leagues, tournaments and score tracking together in one seamless platform, exactly what simulator venues need.

The tech support is amazing. From implementation through operations the team has been fantastic. Our golf simulator bar is operating smoothly thanks to Sports Carnival.

Their customer support has been outstanding throughout the entire process. The platform has been a great fit for managing scheduling, rentals, lessons, and overall sports facility operations.

Sports Carnival has been our best decision since switching to them. Plus they are real people who listen and are quick to make improvements to the software whenever we need modification.

One review here also appears on GetApp and Software Advice, so it reaches three sites at once.
One quick line in your review keeps it transparent: "Sports Carnival donates to youth sports for each reviewer." If the site asks whether your review was part of a program, say yes.
Prefer Google? Leave a review there too. It isn't part of the donation, but it's what operators see when they search for us.
How it works
Nothing to claim. Nothing to send us.
Write it
Tell it like you'd tell another operator. A few honest sentences is plenty.
It publishes
G2 and Capterra verify every review. That usually takes a few days.
We donate
We match it to your account and donate $25 per reviewer each month.

Be honest. Every rating gives the same.
One star or five, the donation is $25. We want the real story, including what we can do better. That's what helps other operators and shows us what to fix.
We strive for five stars in everything we do. If something about your experience could be better, we want to hear it. Email support@sportscarnival.com or call (833) 621-3189 and we'll make it right. Your honest review is still welcome either way.
FAQ
Questions about reviews and the donation
Where can I read Sports Carnival reviews?
Venue operators review Sports Carnival on Google, where it is rated 4.9, and on G2 and Capterra. This page links to all three, along with reviews from golf simulator, batting cage and paintball operators.
Who can take part?
Anyone who uses Sports Carnival through a customer account: owners, managers and staff. We match each reviewer to a customer account before we donate.
Where does the donation go?
To a youth sports nonprofit that helps pay registration fees so kids from income-limited families can play on a team. We'll name our partner here soon. Sports Carnival makes the donation. You don't pay anything.
Does my review have to be positive?
No. A one-star review gives the same $25 as a five-star review. We just ask that it's honest and based on your own experience.
Do I need to send a screenshot?
No. G2 and Capterra let us know when a review goes live, and we handle the rest.
Why isn't Google part of the donation?
Google doesn't allow businesses to offer anything in exchange for reviews, including donations. We still appreciate a Google review, because it's what operators see when they look us up.
Can more than one person on my team review?
Yes. Anyone who uses Sports Carnival can leave their own review, and every person who does sends $25 to youth sports. Reviewing on both G2 and Capterra is welcome and still counts as one $25 donation.
Do I need to mention the donation?
Yes, please. Add a quick line like "Sports Carnival donates to youth sports for each reviewer," and say yes if the site asks whether your review was part of a program. It keeps things transparent for other operators, and it's what the FTC recommends.
I already left a review. Does it count?
Yes, if it went live on G2 or Capterra after the program started.
Five minutes from you. A season for a kid.
Thanks for helping out. Pick a platform and tell other operators how it's really going.
Sports Carnival donates $25 to a youth sports nonprofit for each person who publishes a review of Sports Carnival on G2 or Capterra while this program is active, regardless of rating or content. Reviewers must use Sports Carnival through a customer account and are matched to that account before a donation is made. Reviewers receive nothing of monetary value and are asked to disclose the donation in their review. One $25 donation per person, whether they review on one platform or both. Reviews must reflect the reviewer's own experience and meet each platform's guidelines. Google reviews are not eligible, in line with Google's policies. Donations are made monthly and end once the season goal is reached. Sports Carnival may change or end the program at any time.
